ProgressThe project has now been running for 6 months (of 30). It is divided into seven work packages:
1 Management2 Set-up of clusters3 Capacity development (level 1)4 Multi-level governance5 Capacity development (level 2)6 Communication7 Dissemination
The formation of the cluster has been more time consuming than expected - for all clusters - but we are now moving into work package 3.
Since most of ESIN's project members have not done ISEAP's, we will have a focus on work package 6.

Financial situationI have worked about 250 hours of my total 417 hours.
My fellow project manager Mikael Lindholm is contracted for 800 hours with a budget frame of 20,000€. He has spent very little time yet in the project.
Anetté Larm Johansson is contracted for 160 hours within a 5,600€ frame.
There is also some 7,000€ still unallocated.
The travel budget has a total of 21,300€, of which I have used 3,200€ and the workshop on September the 4th costed almost 10,000€. We will also get some extra travel funding from Sweden, since we have taken on some Swedish project members.
