On behalf of Trifoil Expo, its my pleasure to present you the post event report for the “5th SME – Exhibition & Conference”, held in Oman International Exhibition Centre, from 11-13 February 2013.

Our aim for the past 4 events has been SME development. The themes and con-cepts have been strengthening and enabling infrastructure for SME sector and en-hancing access to financing for SME’s. Our belief is that SME exhibition & Confer-ence is a platform where amongst other offerings, owners of small and medium enterprises can network with other businesses. Often, small enterprises do not have the scale the budget, know how and the time to look for growth opportunities or do everything in house. SME – Exhibition and conference gives them an opportu-nity to meet, understand and explore new ideas.

I would like to thank you for your participation and continuous support to the “5th SME – Exhibition & Conference”. It was indeed a delight to host this event. This year the theme is “Entrepreneurship and ICV”. The initiative has been to build the capacity and capability of SME’s in the areas of entrepreneur-ship development.

The exhibitor and visitor feedback was very encouraging; further full coverage regarding the event; be-fore, during and after the event was good. Requests received from the participants as well as visitors to continue promoting SME and organizing similar events in the future was very encouraging and satisfying.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Ministry of Commerce & Industry – DGSME, OCCI and Oman International Exhibition Centre for their long term support for the SME – Exhibition and Conference.
