Using SmartUC Fixed Line

Visit http://www.starhub.com/UC-resourceDownload and Install ‘SmartUC Desktop Client’

Visit Google Play Store or Apple App StoreSearch and Install ‘SmartUC’

Login for Mobile devices and DesktopSign in with the user ID and password sent to your company administrator’s email and mobile via SMS (registered on the application form). Your username for the soft client is your subscribed phone number, followed by the domain name (case sensitive) as per example:

For first time login, please visit https://web.us.starhub.com to change your password before you sign in.

Call Transfer

When a call comes in,• Tap 'Accept'

In a call, • Tap on the SmartUC icon to switch to the SmartUC phone app

While on the call• Tap the function icon

• Tap 'Transfer'

• Select the contact number to transfer the call to from the 'Directory'

• Tap 'Call First' or "Transfer to ...." to complete the transfer
