Sell My Home is a valuable feature of Smart Sites Website offering you the ability to enter showing

information, advertisement activity and monitor all activity associated to an active listing. At the same

time, it allows your client to easily view the status and progress of their property simply by logging into

your website.

Sell My Home for the Agent

1) Login to Admin

2) Click My Website

3) Click Clients

4) To set-up Sell My Home for your client,

a. Search and select your client in the Client List

b. The Client Summary Information window will display, scroll down to find the Sell My

Home Properties section

c. Click Add


d. The Add a Seller Listing for (client name) will display

i. Select a Listing Source from the dropdown list

ii. Enter Listing Number and Short Listing Description

iii. Check boxes for display and email information

iv. Click Submit

v. If you select Search for listing on public site, you will be directed to the Listing

Search page for your company where you can find the MLS number if needed

Note: The client must be active and the active listing entered must be either listed or co-listed by

you to submit a Sell My Home Property

e. You can add additional Sell My Home Properties by selecting the Add button and

repeating the steps above

5) Once you have set-up your client with Sell My Home,

a. Search and select your client in the Client List


b. Click the Sell My Home button in the Sell My Home column

c. The Sell My Home Summary will display, click the View Listing Report link to view

listing data for this property

Note: This is the same Listing Report you will find under Listings

d. The Sell My Home Summary contains;

i. Market Information from the MLS

ii. Web Site Activity Information from Smart Sites Website showing the number of

times this property has been searched and viewed within all of the Smart Sites

Websites within your company

iii. Showing Information from the List of Showings information you have entered

(see below)


iv. Advertisement Activity from the Marketing Activities and Open/Appointment

Ads information you have entered (see below)

6) In the left Sell My Home menu, click on;

a. Click Edit Property to enter a description, check to display to allow your seller to view it

b. Click List of Showings to Add New, Add Comment, Edit an existing comment

i. If you select Edit, the Edit Comment window will display

ii. Approved For Display will be checked by default

iii.

Note: When a showing comment is approved for display, your seller will see this comment when they

login, otherwise only you will see the comment


iv. Click Submit

v. The Comments window will display, Approved For Display will default to Yes

vi. If you change Approved For Display to No, click the Update Display Approval

Status, OR

vii. Select Edit to further revise the comment, OR

viii. Close the window by clicking the red x

c. Click Marketing Activity to Add New, Edit or Delete activity

i. If you select Edit, the Edit Activity window will display


ii. Edit the Description, click Submit and Close

d. Click Open/Appointment Ads to Add New, Edit or Delete Open House or Appointments

i. If you select Edit, the Edit Open House/Appointment window will display

ii. Edit the Ad Type, Advertised In, and/or Description, click Submit


e. Click View Web Listing, to view the Property Details

7) Click Email Preferences, check the boxes to select email notifications for your client and self

8) Click Submit


Sell My Home for the Client

1) When your client logins into your website, they will see in the Customer Dashboard a section

named Sell My Home

2) When your client clicks on the View Sell My Home for your property link, the Sell My Home

window displays


3) When your client clicks on the Sell My Home button, the Sell My Home Summary displays

a. The client can select the View Listing Report link to see the Listing Report (which

includes your company logo and your contact information)

4) In the Summary view, your client can select from the dropdown list;


a. List of Showings - This displays the detail of the Showing Information in the Summary

view corresponding to what you entered in List of Showings above

b. Marketing Activity - This displays the detail of the # of Marketing Activities under

Advertisement Activity in the Summary view corresponding to what you entered in

Marketing Activity above

c. Open/Appointment Ads – This displays the detail of the # of Open House

Advertisements and # of Appointments in the Summary view corresponding to what you

entered in Open / Appointment Ads above

d. Email Preferences - This displays the Email Preferences for the client and corresponds to

what you entered in Email Preferences above


e. View Web Listing - This displays the Property Details on your website, which is the same

as View Web Listing above

Sell My Home “On The Go”

The mobile-friendly version for your client is slightly different than the full site views above.

1) When a user has a Sell My Home property they’ll see a view Sell My Home button on their agent’s mobile website.


2) This opens a Sell My Home Mobile Summary page with listing information and activity on their

property.

3) A link to Showing Feedback can be found at the bottom of the page. Very similar to the full site Sell My home, showing times and feedback will be displayed here.

4) The View My Property will open the mobile details page for that property. Users that have

more than one Sell My Home property will only see the property that was most recently entered

added to Sell My Home.
