DYNAMIC NEW CONSULTING ORGANIZATION ON THE RISERhema Consulting, LLC Seeks to Share Leadership Tools in SWFL

FT. MYERS, Fla.—Rhema Consulting, LLC, 1 is a prominent new leadership consulting

organization that is on the rise in the Southwest Florida area. Fairly new to the industry Rhema

Consulting is in pursuit of potential clientele and vastly sharing an abundance of leadership and

life skills in the community.

Rhema Consulting is a nonprofit organization that provides training, coaching and

development to leaders, church ministries and other nonprofits. The consulting organization was

started in 2013 from the passion and will to inspire individuals to discover endless possibilities

of life and leadership.

Rhema Consulting’s main goal is to promote the achievement of success through

relationship building, networking, effective communication, and other customized strategic

approaches. Sharon Hill 2 the organization’s CEO, has served in the community for 20 years as a

prominent leader, mentor, coach, and friend. She believes in the strength of leadership skills and

strives to impart through the knowledge and experiences that she encountered herself.

“Life has taught me so much and being able to share what I’ve learned with others

makes it all worthwhile,” said Hill. Rhema Consulting offers services3 in leadership training and

development, organizational development, training workshops, corporate start-ups, 501©3

applications, program frameworks, and grant proposals.

“Leaders need leaders, they need people to help teach and to impart. The training sessions

with Ms. Hill have enhanced our church and made our leaders more aware of where we are going

and how we are going to get there. The training brought everyone together. As a result of the

training, everyone understands the vision and mission of the church,” said Gregory Ford, Senior
