Network folders with permissions will only be visible to those with corresponding privileges.

Meeting Workflow Automation

• With SMP's Schedule Awareness, your SMART room can leverage the content in your meeting invites… SMP reads meeting invitations to automatically start up the right meeting when you log in.

• Your collaboration workspace is set up automatically complete with your agenda, attendee list, links included in the meeting invite, and any documents attached.

Meeting Workflow Automation

• Use the embedded links feature to bring SharePoint documents into your meetings. When used with Bridgit Conferencing Software, SMP will automatically create and start your Bridgit meeting so you can save time and get started right away. 

Unified Communications Flexibility

• SMP's UCFlex means that SMP works in your environment. When used with Bridgit Conferencing Software, remote collaborators can contribute their notes & ideas. 

• SMP works with your existing conferencing software such as Lync and WebEx and is interoperable with other systems.

Gallery Collection Options • Create a standard bucket of content specific to your organization that can be referenced/imported by every MP4.0 Room in the organization.

• Create multiple gallery collections and put them on network shares to create per-user-group content: if a user doesn't have access to a particular gallery folder, MP4.0 just won't load it.
