SMART F1 RACING & DESTINATION ZERO CARBON

• You will learn to build their own 1:10 Nitro RC car from scratch in Smart F1 Racing.

• You will learn to design & build a 1:20 Hydrogen PEM Fuel Cell cars a clean

energy technology in Destination Zero Carbon.

• The 2 separate events will provide you with hands-on experience derived from a multi-disciplinary international curriculum with state of the art technologies such as:

• 3D Rapid Prototyping

• Solid Works Software

• Google Sketch Up software

• Aerodynamic Testing in a Wind Tunnel

• Laser Cutting machines

• Product Design know-how

• Environmental Sustainability etc.

• INDIAN PREMIERE OF 3D Printing

Technology for School Students.

• Creative and Functional Designing of a

fuselage using 3D-modelling Software viz.

Solid Works and Google Sketch Up.

• Learn about auto parts and Factors

affecting the efficiency of an automobile.

• Make your own auto parts & car models

with Cutting Edge 3D Printers & Fabricators.

How to Participate? • School to register team of 2 students via Online registration

• 15 teams in Smart F1 racing & 15 teams in DZC will take part in the events

• Seats are limited and selection will be subject to a competitive process

• Each team has to come up with a “team name” – “Best Team name award” Example : ABC Giants (ABC being school name)

• Students to wear school uniform on all 5 days

• 29th Dec’2012 : all students are welcome to see the races & award ceremony

• Special prize for “Best Cheering Group” --- Organize your cheering team

• Final decision on all aspects vests with Robotix
