The vessel has recently suffered deterioration and minor accident damage – all of which can be easily remedied and the ship bought back to her sparkling best. Huge potential here. Layout: MV Mystique Princess was a luxurious mini-cruiser with 35 spacious, air-conditioned suites, a 100 seat air-conditioned dining saloon and an elegant air-conditioned forward lounge. 3x sun decks. Aft boarding platform. Designed to carry max 106 overnight passengers plus 23 day passengers. Aft boarding platform with 2 stairways going up to the main deck. Starboard side pass cabins 23 to 33 six staterooms. Air-conditioning 2x Carrier,USA. Refrigeration 2x Witzer, Germany. Tank capacities:Fuel – 42.5T. Fresh water – 93.5T. Ballast – 85.5T. Grey water – 92.4T. Black water –17.1T. All in double skin steel tanks. Waste water treatment plant – Electrec 12MX. Sewage treatment plant – Omnipore 12 MX. One forward and2x in the engine room (tested approx monthly, when the engines and generators are run up). Thron Security TYCO T 1216 fire alarm unit. Deck equipment:2x electric capstans, 2x electric windlass, 2x stockless anchors. Points for buyers to watch:• It is believed that the main engines and machinery are in good order.• The starboard propeller was damaged when the boat was blown onto a reef during Cyclone Evan. The starboard rudder is missing, andthe starboard bilge keel is lightly damaged. There are 2 brand-new spare propellers on board. The damaged prop can be replaced withone of these spare propellers. It is expected that the prop shaft is lightly damaged. Only a new rudder has to be fitted.• The floor insulation underneath the main salon floor has moisture problems that caused corrosion. The insulation has been partlyremoved. Some of the showers show corrosion underneath the tiled floors.• Problems with the design of the large stateroom windows have to be addressed, so that in the future no water can sit in the window­framing: causing leaks. Only guest rooms that had leaking windows have to have the paneling removed and the inside hull treated.• Work has been started in main salon to service the tubes of the air­con system; ceiling panels are removed.• The insulation under the main salon/dining room floor should be removed, the steelsub-deck re-painted with a quality paint system. New insulation-floor and new floorfitted.• Some of the tiled floors of the guest shower rooms need to be removed and repairedas rust is building underneath.• The teak on all decks have been removed ­ steel decks look sound.• Stairways from stern need to be rebuilt.• New carpets needed throughout.• The ship was last used around 10/2011 due to down turn in passenger numbers.Vessel can fit on both the slipway and dry dock in Suva. (Slipway - F$5,595 slipping +F$1800 per day for first 5 days. IMEL Floating dock – set up F$9600 + F$2625 perday for first 4 days.)
