Case Summary:

This case study places the business of Tejari.com in the context of its geographical location in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and reviews the status of technological capability in the region that sports Tejari.com in an online business-to-business (B2B) environment, the case study then considers the position of Sheikha Lubna Al Qasmi as the CEO and entrepreneurial leader Tejari.com in the context of educational and career opportunities for women in the region.

This case study also describes how women are struggling in the society of male dominant where no opportunity for women is available. She not only struggle in this society but also makes a platform for women to step and show their abilities. Sheikha Lubna Al Qasmi is the chief executive officer of Tejari, a premier online business-to-business (B2B) environment, facilitating procurement in the Middle East.
