1. 將檸檬去皮、蘋果及薑切塊。Peel lemon, cut apples and ginger into pieces.

1. 如喜歡甜一點的果汁,可加少許蜜糖 。Can add some honey to increase the sweetness.

2. 慢磨機的低速螺旋榨取技術可讓食物磨出更多肉汁。The low speed spiral extracting technology of the slow juicer enables more juice to be extracted.

3. 倒入果汁前,在雪條模內側放入切好的水果,可為雪條增加水果圖案。To create patterns on the popsicles, apply shaped fruits on the inner sides of the mold with a fondue stick before pouring in chilled juice.

雪條做法 POPSICLE MAKING PROCEDURE

1. 預先將雪條模冰凍24小時,將雪條棍插入雪條機。Freeze the mold for 24 hours. Insert the sticks into the popsicle maker.

2. 將蘋果檸檬薑汁緩緩倒入雪條模內。Slowly pour apple lemon ginger juice into the mold.

3. 待果汁凝固成雪條後(10分鐘內),以脫模工具將雪條取出。Once the popsicle is frozen (within 10 minutes), remove with the pop removing tool.

做法 PROCEDURE

1. 蕃茄去蒂、切塊;洋蔥、蒜頭去衣;青瓜、紅椒一開二。將蕃茄、青瓜、洋蔥、蒜頭及紅椒放入慢磨機榨汁。Cut tomato into pieces. Peel onion and garlic. Halve cucumber and red bell pepper. Juice the tomato, cucumber, onion, garlic and red bell pepper in the slow juicer.

2. 將蔬菜汁加入水、橄欖油及白酒醋拌勻。放入雪櫃內冷凍2小時以上即可飲用。Mix the vegetable juice with water, olive oil and white wine vinegar. Chill in the fridge for at least two hours.

1. 凍湯除可即時飲用,亦可放入雪櫃加以冰鎮,以加强清涼口感。Besides consuming immediately, can also put the soup into the fridge to enhance the cool taste.

2. 蕃茄可購買鮮甜多汁的水茄。For the tomatoes, can choose the sweet and juicy solanum torvum.

3. 可預留一些蔬菜粒放在湯裡以增加口感。Can add some chopped vegetables for putting in the soup to enhance the texture.

2. 椰糖放入石椿內磨溶,再加入薄荷葉及梳打水拌勻即可。Grind coconut sugar in a grindstone, add peppermint leaves and soda water, mix well.

雪條做法 POPSICLE MAKING PROCEDURE

做法 PROCEDURE

1. 班蘭葉洗淨,椰子去皮切塊。將班蘭葉及椰子放入慢磨機磨汁。Wash pandan leaves. Peel coconut and cut into pieces. Juice pandan leaves and coconut in the slow juicer.

2. 蛋黃加入椰糖以打蛋器打勻。將椰汁、班蘭汁及糖漿放入鍋內煮滾,倒入蛋黃料內拌勻。將混合物放回鍋內煮至濃稠後倒出待涼。Add coconut sugar into the egg yolk, beat well with a beater. Put coconut juice, pandan juice and syrup in a saucepan, bring to boil. Pour into the egg yolk mixture and mix well. Put the mixture into the saucepan and cook until it thickens. Transfer to a bowl and leave aside to cool.

3. 忌廉用電動打蛋器打至6成,加入冷卻的混合物及班蘭油拌勻。放入冰箱冷凍即可。Whip whipping cream with an electric mixer until 60% stiff, add the cooled mixture and pandan essence, mix well. Put in the fridge to chill.

1. 先把黃豆沖水洗淨,加水浸過黃豆面。泡水6至8小時,瀝乾水份。將泡好的黃豆加入200毫升水,同步放入慢磨機磨汁。Wash soya beans, add enough water to cover all the beans. Soak the beans for at least 6 to 8 hours, drain. Put the soya beans and 200ml water simultaneously into the slow juicer to juice.

2. 南瓜去皮去籽、切塊,放入慢磨機磨汁。Remove seed and skin from the pumpkin, cut into pieces. Put in the slow juicer to juice.

3. 將黃豆汁、南瓜汁及糖放入鍋內煮滾即可。Put soya milk, pumpkin juice and sugar into a saucepan, bring to boil. Serve.

1. 南瓜可選日本南瓜,較清甜。Can choose Japanese pumpkin which is fresher and sweeter.

大蝦紅菜頭意大利飯材料 INGREDIENTS(4人份量 Serves 4) 1. 意大利米 300克

2. 洋蔥(切粒) ½個3. 大蝦 4隻4. 雞湯 1200毫升5. 白酒 50毫升6. 紅菜頭 250毫升7. 芝士粉 20克8. 牛油 50克9. 紅椒粉 1茶匙10. 鹽、黑胡椒 適量

1. Italian Risotto rice 300g2. Onion (diced) ½ pc3. Prawns 4 pcs4. Chicken soup 1200ml5. White wine 50ml6. Beetroot 250ml7. Grated cheese 20g8. Butter 50g9. Chili powder 1 tsp10. Salt, Black pepper Suitable amount

做法 PROCEDURE

1. 蝦洗淨去殼去腸,以少許鹽醃5分鐘。紅菜頭去皮切塊,放入慢磨機磨汁。Wash prawns, remove shell and intestine. Marinate with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes. Peel beetroot and cut into pieces, juice in the slow juicer.

2. 鍋內放入40克牛油,以中火炒香洋蔥。加入意大利米炒約2分鐘,下紅菜頭汁及白酒煮至剩 1⁄3。放入鹽、黑胡椒及分次放入熱雞湯,慢慢攪拌。Fry onion with 40g butter using medium fire. Add rice and fry for 2 minutes, add beetroot juice and white wine, cook until 1⁄3 liquid is left. Add salt and pepper, add hot chicken soup in a few times, stir slowly.

3. 煮大約20分鐘後,蓋上鍋蓋再煮約3分鐘。最後放入芝士粉即可。鍋內放入10克牛油,加入蝦及紅椒粉炒至熟後取出,伴以意大利飯同吃。Cook for around 20 minutes, cover with the lid and cook for another 3 minutes. Add cheese powder. Put 10g butter in a pan, fry prawns with chili powder until cooked. Serve with the risotto.

1. 可隨自已喜愛米的生熟程度而增加或減少煮食時間。Can adjust the cooking time according to the desired softness of the cooked rice.

1. 紫洋蔥去皮,番茄去蒂切塊,牛油果切半後起肉。Peel purple onion, remove stalk of tomatoes and cut into pieces. Cut avocados into halves and take out the flesh.

2. 將紫洋蔥、番茄及牛油果放入慢磨機磨蓉。將蓉與橄欖油,檸檬汁,鹽及黑椒拌勻以製成醬汁。Put purple onion, tomatoes and avocados into the slow juicer to make puree. Mix the puree with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to make the sauce.

3. 預熱焗爐200度。焗盤內放入粟米片,灑上芝士。放入焗爐內焗約7分鐘至芝士溶後取出。Preheat oven at 200°C. Put nachos in the baking tray, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for around 7 minutes until the cheese melts.

1. 牛油果要選較熟的,因味道會較好。Choose ripe avocados which taste better.

2. 慢磨機能將蔬果的汁與渣分隔,方便以渣製作粟米片醬汁。Slow juicer can separate the juice and pulps of vegetables and fruit, thus the Nachos sauce can be made using the pulp.

鳳梨酥材料 INGREDIENTS(25個 25 pcs) 酥皮:

1. 軟牛油 150克2. 低筋麵粉 260克3. 奶粉 10克4. 芝士粉 10克5. 雞蛋 75克6. 糖粉 40克餡料:1. 菠蘿 2個2. 砂糖 160克

Pastry:1. Soft butter 150g2. Cake flour 260g3. Milk powder 10g4. Grated cheese 10g5. Egg 75g6. Icing sugar 40gFilling:1. Pineapples 2 pcs2. Sugar 160g

餡料做法 FILLING MAKING PROCEDURE

1. 菠蘿去皮切塊,放入慢磨機內磨蓉。Peel pineapple and cut into pieces. Put in the slow juicer to make puree.

2. 將菠蘿蓉及砂糖放入鍋內用中細火煮約10-15分鐘至濃稠後,取出待涼後分成25份,每個約12克。Put pineapple puree and sugar into a saucepan, cook for 10-15 minutes using small to medium fire until it thickens. Take out the puree and let it cool, divide into 25 portions of 12g each.

酥皮做法 PASTRY MAKING PROCEDURE

1. 將軟身牛油加入已過篩的糖粉拌勻,分3次加入蛋液以電動打蛋器打勻。然後再加入已過篩的麵粉、奶粉及芝士粉搓勻。Mix soft butter with sieved icing sugar, add in beaten egg in 3 times and mix well with an electric mixer. Add sieved cake flour, milk powder and grated cheese and mix well.

2. 將麵糰分成25份,每個約22克。將餅皮包入餡料後收口,放入模內壓平。Divide the dough into 25 portions of 22g each. Put filling into the dough and seal the edges of the pastry. Put in the mold and flatten.

3. 將鳳梨酥放入雪櫃冷凍15分鐘。預熱焗爐180度,將鳳梨酥放入焗爐內焗18分鐘後取出脫模即可。Put the pineapple shortcakes into the fridge and chill for 15 minutes. Preheat oven at 180°C. Bake the pineapple shortcakes for 18 minutes, take out and remove from the molds.

調味料:鹽1⁄3茶匙、糖及雞粉各¼茶匙、豉油1茶匙及胡椒粉少許Seasonings: 1⁄3 tsp salt, ¼ tsp sugar and chicken powder, 1 tsp soya sauce and a pinch of pepper powder

做法 PROCEDURE

1. 先把黃豆沖水洗淨,加水浸過黃豆面。泡水6至8小時,瀝乾水份。將泡好的黃豆加入200毫升水,同步放入慢磨機內磨碎。 Wash soya beans, add enough water to cover all the beans. Soak the beans for at least 6 to 8 hours, drain. Put the soya beans and 200ml water simultaneously into the slow juicer and grind.

2. 蝦仁用少許鹽略醃。雞蛋放入碗內打散,加入黃豆渣、麵粉、蝦仁、蔥花及調味料拌勻。 Marinate shrimps with a pinch of salt. Beat eggs in a bowl, add soya bean pulps, cake flour, shrimps, spring onion and the seasoning, mix well.

3. 熱鍋下油,用湯匙舀一勺豆渣餅於鍋中,用中火每面煎2分鐘至金黃色即可。 Heat a pan, add some oil, put a spoonful of the soya bean pulp mixture into the pan, use medium fire to fry each side of the cake for 2 minutes until golden brown.

1. 夏天時浸黃豆要放在雪櫃內冷藏浸泡,以避免腐壞發酸。In summer, soak soya beans in the fridge to avoid them becoming rotten.

2. 煎香的豆渣餅金黃香脆,沒有一點豆腥味。Fried shrimp okara cakes are brown and crispy and do not bear the fishy smell of beans.

1. 番茄洗淨切塊,放入慢磨機磨蓉。 Wash and cut tomatoes into pieces. Put in the slow juicer to make puree.

2. 雞蛋打勻,熱鑊下油,放入雞蛋炒熟後取出待涼。將番茄蓉、雞蛋及所有調味料拌勻。 Beat the eggs. Put oil into the heated pan, stir fry the egg until cooked, take out and set aside to cool. Mix the tomato puree, cooked egg and seasoning to make the filling.

3. 雲吞皮包入餡料後摺好,放入滾水內煮熟即可。Put the filling into the wonton skin, fold the edges. Cook in boiling water until cooked.

1. 雞蛋要炒至乾身,可避免過於濕軟、不好包。Stir fry the egg until it is dry to make it perfect as filling.

2. 以慢磨機製作的番茄蓉較乾身,最適宜用作雲吞餡料。The tomato pulp extracted from the slow juicer is perfect as stuffing for the dumpling as it is dry enough.

做法 PROCEDURE

1. 先將薏米沖水洗淨,加水浸過薏米面。泡水6至8小時,瀝乾水份。將泡好的薏米加入25毫升水,同步放入慢磨機內磨汁。Wash Job’s tears, add enough water to cover the surface. Soak for 6 to 8 hours, drain. Put the Job’s tears and 25ml water simultaneously into the slow juicer and juice.

2. 將薏米水、牛奶及蜂蜜攪勻。Mix Job’s tears juice with water, milk and honey.

3. 用面膜紙浸透,將浸透好的面膜紙敷臉15分鐘。Soak mask paper into the mixture. Put the soaked mask paper onto the face for 15 minutes.

做法 PROCEDURE

1. 將蘆薈葉洗淨、切除兩邊有刺的部分並切出透明白色的膠質部分。Wash aloe leaves, cut out the thorns on both sides and take out the transparent white colloid part.

2. 將蘆薈肉和切塊的青瓜同步放入慢磨機內磨蓉。Put aloe pulp and cut cucumber simultaneously into the slow juicer to make puree.

3. 將蘆薈青瓜蓉及燕麥粉攪勻。Mix the aloe and cucumber puree with oat powder.

4. 用調好的糊狀直接敷於面部,15分鐘後用清水洗淨即可。Apply the mixture directly onto the face, rinse with water after 15 minutes.

做法 PROCEDURE

1. 將南杏沖水洗淨,加水浸過南杏面。泡水6至8小時,瀝乾水份。將泡好的南杏加入25毫升水,同步放入慢磨機內磨汁。Wash sweet apricot kernel, add enough water to cover the surface. Soak for 6 to 8 hours, drain. Put the soaked sweet apricot kernel and 25ml water simultaneously into the slow juicer and juice.

2. 將奇異果去皮切塊,然後把奇異果塊放入慢磨機內磨汁。Peel and cut kiwi fruit into pieces, then put them into the slow juicer to juice.

3. 將南杏汁、奇異果汁、牛奶及蜂蜜攪勻。Mix sweet apricot kernel juice, kiwi fruit juice, milk and honey.
