To get involved, all you need to do is wear your slippers on 8 December and make a donation to Shelter. How easy is that?
And for an extra bit of fun, you could organise a slipper catwalk or sponsor
children and parents to wear their slippers on the school run.
This handy little booklet is packed with information to get you off on the right foot.

Set the date Put Friday 8 December – or a day around then – in your diary, and decide what festive fun you’re going to have.
Spread the word Tell all your friends, family and colleagues, and encourage them to dust off their finest footwear.
Deck the halls Hang up posters and balloons around your school so everyone knows how they can get involved. We have all you need at shelter.org.uk/slippers.
On the day Collect £1 from every slipper wearer and share your slipper selfie on social media using #SlippersforShelter.
Send the moneyBefore you give those slippered feet a well-deserved rest, send in the money you’ve raised so we can put it straight to work.

Hunt the SlipperHide slippers around your school, and run a scavenger hunt to find and photograph them all.
