    INTRODUCTION The use of a logistic regression model has grown rapidly

    along with the advancement of medical science andtechnology .

    This paper discusses the use of a logistic regression modelto predict the occurrence of endometriosis amongstudents. Dysmenorrhoea is the pain that is felt in thelower abdomen during menstruation

    20% of students/student experiencing the unfortunatedisease endometriosis and can not be the school/college.10% of women experienced pain serious career caused bydysmenorrhoea and should not work.

    52% of students in Yogyakarta is unable to perform dailyactivities well for experiencing menstruation.

    DESIGN AND METHOD Using logistic regression model

    The study was done in Permata Hati Malang Hospital.

    About 123 students were randomly selected in thisstudy.

    The factors that observed are menarche,menstruation, period around menstruation, blood loss

    volume and levels of CA 125.

    DISCUSS By using the method of logistic regression with

    retrospective testing removal criteria ratio, linearregression models logistic is given as follows:

    RESULT The test showed that the measurement model CA 125 levels

    in endometriosis is suitable (Chi squar test value is 2.847with p-value = 0.416).

    the contributors to dismenorhea are menstruation longperiode, menstrual spending levels and the onset ofmenarche

    the ratio was achieved (odds) found that the risk ofstudents having dysmenorrhoea is (i) 2.5 times higher forthose whose menstrual period is longer (ii) 3.7 times highermultiple for those who have the spending levels of themenstrual a bit and (iii) three times higher for those whoget menarche more than 13 years.

    Conclusions

    This s There were significant levels of CA 125 in the student who suffers

    dismenorhea.

    this study also found that the risk to get dysmenorrhoea increased if the

    student have menstrual long period over than 35 dayslittle spending levels of blood menstruation and menarche onset more

    than 13 years old.

    We, indeed, recommend further studies to probe more markers on a larger

    number of patients to verify and add to our results.
