    Israel has undergone a dramatic shift to an innovative and entrepreneurial high-tech society in recent decades

    which is acknowledged globally. Breakthrough research, innovation and entrepreneurship are integral parts of

    the Israeli mindset and economy. The many successful Mergers and Acquisitions of Israeli Start-Up companies

    have turned our small country into a world leader in many high-tech, bio-tech, and green-tech areas.

    Exploring the connection between the Jewish psyche and business success through the prism of Israeli

    innovation, presents an unprecedented opportunity for discovery, education and possible business

    opportunities. Israeli innovation and entrepreneurship are deeply rooted in Jewish tradition, religion and

    history. As the homeland of the Jewish people, Israel signifies a blend of traditions, narratives and origins.

    This unique synthesis of unity and diversity makes Israel one of the most unique and vibrant places on earth.

    The SLI three day program addresses cutting edge thought, research and best practices from academia, and

    the practical experience of entrepreneurs, business leaders and prominent companies. Topics include: Innovation driven by Jewish philosophy

    Entrepreneurship mindsets

    Cultural aspects of creativity

    Israel economics and demographics: yesterday, today and tomorrow.

    How renowned entrepreneurs are "making it happen!"

    In addition to class studies, SLI participants visit several breakthrough companies, and meet some of the men

    and women who personify Israeli Strategic Leadership and Innovation.

    SLI is a unique cooperative initiative of Lahav Executive Education at the Faculty of Management, Tel Aviv Uni

    and ReNEWed Jewish Leaders (RJL), a renowned US based Program in Leadership and Management. SLI

    brings together Jewish leaders from throughout the world and Israeli entrepreneurs, business and academic

    leaders - a combination with great potential! The program is organized by the senior management and faculty

    of the leading institution of higher education in innovation and leadership in the region, Tel Aviv Uni.

    Program participants

    We welcome participation across the Jewish spectrum from all denominations.

    SLI is tailored to groups of up to 48 participants.

    Program Objectives

    The program presents the cardinal aspects of entrepreneurship and innovation breakthrough business

    models as practiced in Israel. In the SLI Program, participants have three growth opportunities:

    Personal: Each participant can enhance his/her understanding of the origins and expressions of innovation

    and entrepreneurship in the Jewish mindset and in Israeli reality. Program participants gain state-of-the-art

    knowledge and acquire tools for personal and business applications.Group / community: The learning process and unique experiences strengthen the ties between participants,

    enhance future prospects for collaboration within the community, and strengthen the group's Jewish identity.

    Israel: While every visit to Israel is a special experience, SLI is a unique journey to the frontiers of Israeli

    innovation and change, opening new avenues to deepen one's connection to the land and the people.

    Program Outline

    This three day program includes class sessions and company visits with breakthrough academics,

    entrepreneurs and business leaders. Days begin at 8:30 am (hotel pick-up); studies and company visits end at

    approximately 5 pm; and dinner is at 6:30 pm. Lunches and dinners are included every day.

    Certification

    Program participants will receive an official certificate signed by Lahav, Faculty of Management, Tel Aviv

    University, and ReNEWed Jewish Leaders. An example of this Certificate is included in this material.

    Hospitality

    During SLI, Lahav provides a full suite of services, guaranteeing the success of the program and mosteffective utilization of participants' time in Israel. Lahav provides all lunches and dinners during the SLI

    Program. One of the dinners includes Israeli business, social and academic leaders to dine with and to get to

    know program participants. This enables informal, unmediated networking opportunities.

    Program Tuition

    The Tuition for an SLI Program accommodating up to 40 participants - $79,800

    Overall SLI Group organizational expenses are included in the cost for the first 40 participants. Thus,

    the cost for each additional participant over the initial 40 is only $820/participant (participants #41 - 48).

    Academic program with Tel Aviv University's finest lecturers

    Academic materials

    Company visits

    Official certificateof studies

    Coordination representativeduring company visits and all program official activities.

    Hospitality: Three lunches, three dinners including one official dinner with Israeli executives & professors; one

    dinner at the Carmel Winery, and a celebratory closing dinner

    All food and beverages are Kosher.

    Transportation the group's tour bus is to be used (not provided by Lahav)
