Mission

• SL Healthy gathers information about consumer health locations and groups in Second Life, with general health education resources as well.

The Beginning• April 2007: A new avatar named Perplexity Peccable

started trying to discover what was going on with health in Second Life

• May 2007: Perplexity met Prijian Toland at SLBPE, and persuaded him to help collect information.

• June 2007: Prijian developed a structure for the type of information to be collected. Prijian and Perplexity strted trying to fill in notecards with info to later enter data out-world.

• July 2007: We realized health opportunities in SL were growing faster than we could ever track them.

• SLHealthy was“born”: Sunday, August 5, 2007 1:58 PM
