Logged in users are presented with their desk which displays 1: their business card, 2: their City and and 3 : their recent posts.

Navigating to a colleague will display their desk, business card, city and where they are in relation to you. It will also displays their posts.3

Google maps is displaying our cities in relation to each other. In a meeting this will show you in relation to those in the meeting.5

Navigating to people will allow you to see registered members as well as conduct a search for your colleagues or friends.6

Navigating to colleagues will display those members that you have accepted into your network.

Now you can separate your social and professional networks completely with the same behaviors and skills that make sense on other social networks.7

Our SkyRooms manager allows you to see, create and edit your current rooms and permissions. 8

In room settings you can access the options for each room. Select room name, type, passwords, colleague only or delete your room9

Sharing your skyroom with a colleague or friend is as simple as sharing your rooms URL. Dont forget to share the password if necessary.

Everyone within the skyroom is able to share their screen, upload media and they can select which recording and video capture device you prefer to use.

There is also an in room chat.10

SkyRooms provides colleague chat which makes collaborating simple. It includes emoticons, as well as picture and file upload. It is currently capable of sending files up to 23 MB11

Users can create and join groups and set their preferred privacy settings. They can post status updates on the project they're working on and collaborate with other professionals.12

Within your group you can also enable the forum option which will allow for more collaboration within your group.13

SkyRooms project management tools

Create as many projects and tasks as your company needs, and assign them to users. Easily track SLA and deliverable assets and deadlines and re-adjust on the fly. Assign and move work to new group members with ease.14

Project overview provides user activity information at a glance. 15

The project activity tab provides accountability for you and your staff. Every action taken on the project is logged and stored here.16

Under projects My calendar shows all tasks and their assigned users. Upon completion of a task you can choose to strike out the task or remove it completely.17

My tasks gives you personalized task progress information at a glance. Activity, current task, outstanding and completed tasks are readily available18

My tasks also lays out your tasks on a personal calendar.19

To do lists are an easy way to assign specific tasks to an individual or group and to keep track of a large work load.20

The Gantt chart is a useful way to manage all tasks, due dates, and personnel. Reassign tasks as needed and change dates on the fly.

Manage your files in the files tab. Create folders and upload or download as needed. Share resources naturally.22
