    of site clearance will be done in which

    some shrubs and grasses will be

    removed. It will be balanced by planed

    landscaping on site.

    Excavation of soil will be involved. The

    total expected quantity of earthwork

    involved is about 8000 M3. The

    excavated soil will be balanced withinsite by back filling. Therefore the

    changes will be localized and

    insignificant.

    Topography

    The site is plane but it will need some

    leveling activities. The proposed site

    does not involve any major natural

    drainage channel of locality therefore no

    changes in drainage pattern are

    envisaged.

    1.2 Clearance of existing land,

    vegetation and buildings?

    Yes The proposed site is devoid of any

    buildings thus no demolition of building

    will be practiced.

    The project site is not having any

    vegetation except local perennial herb,

    shrubs and grasses like Crotalaria

    burhia, Leptadenia pyrotechnica,

    Saricostoma pauciflorum and Zizyphus

    nummulariaetc. These will be removed

    during site preparation. To compensate

    that it is proposed to plant 70 tree inaddition to shrubs. The proposed

    landscaping and plantation will have

    positive impact on environment. Details

    of flora are enclosed as Annexure-

    XVI.

    1.3 Creation of new land uses? No The proposed site has been auctioned by

    be discharged in drains maintained byPHED after taking necessary permission

    from PHED.

    All solid waste from different sectionswill be collected in separate bins. The

    non-organic waste shall be disposed off

    to authorized vendors. The organic waste

    will be converted into manure and used

    within premises for green belt

    development.

    set of capacity 160 kVA for common

    facilities to cater the essential load only.
