Skyjack is announcing at the American Rental Association's Annual gathering thecelebration of its 30th anniversary with the 30 FOR 30 PARTNERS campaign in whichnonprofit organizations can apply for the use of a Skyjack machine or, potentially, someother kind of support. Any worthy cause is welcome to apply for up to $2500 in assistance.Linamar Corporations (TSX:LNR) Skyjack Division is usingThe Rental Show, hosted annually by the American RentalAssociation, to kick off its celebration around its 30th business anniversary.As part of the celebration, Skyjack is launching 30 FOR 30PARTNERS, a charitable campaign where the company issearching for 30 worthwhile projects, spread across theworld, that would benefit from the use of a Skyjackmachine or, potentially, some other kind of support such asparts supplies or repairs. These machines plus theassistance would be supplied through Skyjack customers,with Skyjack covering the costs of up to $2,500 per project.We are grateful that our customers, communities and theindustry have supported us consistently, allowing us to getwhere we are todayone of the worlds leading suppliersof access equipment, said Brad Boehler, president of Skyjack. As such, we want to use theoccasion to give something back. And the best way we can think to do this is via the company,the products and, most important, the customers that mean so much to us.Worthwhile projectsSkyjack is looking for projects that could benefit the community. For example, it could be alocal charitys shelter in need of renovation, an educational facility needing a Skyjack machinefor classes or staging a local event, or a historical monument thats in need of a facelift.The project could use the machine to set up for events, as part of conceptual art, or even forvideoing of games at a sporting event, Boehler said.
