Sky Lake Project Summary
April 2020
Tri Origin Exploration Ltd
April 17, 2020
• Deposit is open and drill-ready with numerous other nearby geological and geophysical targets identified
• Management has recognized important geological similarities to the Bousquet/LaRonde Gold District- currently Quebec’s most productive gold mining center
• The potential is to discover a multi-million ounce gold deposit of the Bousquet or iron formation hosted type
• Tri Origin’s initial objective is to evaluate the non-compliant resource delineated in the 1950’s and convert this
into drill indicated resources
• The “Koval” gold deposit was discovered and partially-delineated by drilling during the 1950’s by Pickle Crow & Hasaga GML, operators of the nearby mines at Pickle Lake
• The deposit is on patent claims held under option by Tri Origin to earn 96% interest
• Koval contains numerous drill intersections of underground mineable grade and thickness
• Tri Origin also holds 100% interest in a regional land holding over 27 kilometres long which hosts
promising but underexplored gold zones discovered through previous drilling and surface prospecting
• The property is centered within a productive segment of the Canadian Shield which has produced over 4 million ounces of gold and has readily available infrastructure
• Only minimal work has been conducted over the past 60 years

Southern Sedimentary Terrain
Northern Mafic Terrain
Sky Lake Stock Central Volcano-Sedimentary Terrain
• All gold occurrences discovered to date are near the southern margin of the Northern Mafic Terrain associated with iron formation or within the Central Volcano-Sedimentary Terrain as “pyritic, quartz-sericite schist”
• 2 main “clusters” of rock outcrop. One at the Koval deposit in the center of the patent claims and the other northwest of the patent claims where other gold zones have been discovered
• Other prospective environments are predominately overburden covered and remain poorly explored.

Gold Over a District Scale
TOE:TSX-V
• Gold was discovered in outcrop in the early 1950’s and traced for 1.5 km in strike length by shallow drilling. A deposit was partially delineated but no further work was undertaken due to the closure of the mines at Pickle Lake
• Drilling of nearby exploration targets was conducted during the 1980’s with discovery of a number of other occurrences however these have not been followed up for 35 years
• Overall, only minimal work has been conducted since the discovery over 60 years ago

Airborne Magnetic Background
Airborne EM Anomaly Trends
Surface Induced Polarization Lines
Airborne geophysical surveying has delineated extensive iron formation (in places gold-bearing) & numerous undrilled EM anomalies
Surface Induced Polarization (“IP”) surveying has identified strong new anomaly trends along strike and south of the area of most previous drilling

• During fall 2019 15 line kilometres of induced polarization surveying was completed over the Koval deposit
• Results are currently being interpreted to plan for diamond drilling
• The objective is to delineate resources

Historic Drilling at Koval Deposit

Diamond Drill Plan
• The majority of assay data from shallow drilling conducted during the 1950’s at the Koval deposit has been recovered
• Some confirmatory drilling and nearby exploration was conducted by LAC Minerals Ltd during the 1980’s however much of this data no longer exists
• Tri Origin has captured a database of 133 drill holes for a total of 22,660 metres of drilling at Koval
TOE:TSX-V
3D Longitudinal Section
(looking northeast)
• 3D modelling of a 133 drill hole database has identified three main sub-parallel zones over a strike length of +1 km which comprise the Koval deposit
• Most historic drilling was only conducted to depths of less than 100m below surface &, in places, to a maximum of 200 m below surface
• A non-compliant 43-101 resource was calculated in the 1980’s • The deposit remains open at depth and both directions along strike

Selected Assay Intervals
Intervals selected include all assay values from beginning of mineralized zone to end of mineralized zone- no “economic” criteria applied
TOE:TSX-V
• Drilling centred at the Koval deposit is required to define “ore-shoot” geometry and subsequently to delineate resources
• An area of focus almost 10 kilometres in length containing significant gold occurrences has been outlined for detailed exploration and drilling
• Regional geophysical targets and isolated gold occurrences over the 27 kilometre long property warrant investigation
Sky Lake has defined exploration priorities:
