Developers of SKY GARDEN thinking both, about the inhabitants of the complex, tenants/ buyers of commercial premises, inhabitants of the surrounding area as well as other guests are planning to rent from Jurmala city municipality and landscape the beach area between Gaidas iela and Vēju iela.

On Asaru prospectus 53 the first apartment house of the complex SKY GARDEN is built.

The green, cosy and modern apartment house will be a convenient and modern building with a comfortable and ergonomic planning of apartments, where each apartment will be provided also with two parking sites for bicycles, beautiful roof garden as well as closed and landscaped yard with a built in children playground.

There are natural and ecological materials and energy effective technologies used for the construction.

Management and service

The complex will be managed by a company SIA Labo Namu Aģentūra (LLC)

The purpose of the company is to provide clients with high quality life - work environment by offering operative and high level service management services with an individual approach for each of the clients.

Management fee LVL 1, 12/ m2 (EUR 1, 6/m2)

Management fee (LVL 1,12/m2) includes services of house cleaning, technical maintenance and management, as well as opportunity to receive the latest information regarding the events taking place in the complex and city through info centre of the house (newspaper, coffee machine, free WI-FI, copying, scanning services, computer etc. will be available). It is possible to pay invoices for residential services and management at the administrator.
