In the quiet part of Jurmala, section between Asaru prospectus 53; 57; 59 and Vēju iela 7, within a territory being surrounded by birch-trees and pine-trees SIA Dzintara priedes (LLC) has commenced

the development, designing and construction of a multifunctional complex - habitat environment centre SKY GARDEN CLUB, which would bring together the satisfaction of key human habitat and

everyday needs in one ergonomic, modern and cosily equipped environment.

SKY GARDEN inhabitants will be provided by practically everything, what is necessary for a comfortable living, without leaving the section –

• food store, eco product store, bakery and cafe, restaurant with a banquet hall and outdoor terraces, on Saturdays the inhabitants will be pleased by eco product and craftsmen market; • laundry, shoe and clothing repair, ATM and car wash as well as other household services; • children's room and playground;• beauty saloon, hair saloon, saunas, SPA complex, fitness and gym; • pharmacy and a small medical practice.

Developers of SKY GARDEN thinking both, about the inhabitants of the complex, tenants/ buyers of commercial premises, inhabitants of the surrounding area as well as other guests are planning to rent from Jurmala city municipality and landscape the beach area between Gaidas iela and Vēju iela.

On Asaru prospectus 53 the first apartment house of the complex SKY GARDEN is built.

The green, cosy and modern apartment house will be a convenient and modern building with a comfortable and ergonomic planning of apartments, where each apartment will be provided also with two parking sites for bicycles, beautiful roof garden as well as closed and landscaped yard with a built in children playground.

There are natural and ecological materials and energy effective technologies used for the construction.

On the first floor there will be a terrace built for each apartment providing an access to the territory of the house without using stairs. On the second floor there will be a wide and light balcony constructed for each apartment. While apartments of the third floor will have a separate roof garden - green and sunny terrace on the roof providing an opportunity to relax or cultivate something desirable - greens, vegetables, flowers or grass.

Apartments will be provided with full interior decoration, built in equipment and wardrobes in halls. In decoration of apartments as well as architecture solutions of the complex a principle - green surrounding environment - will be observed. It will be possible to enjoy motives related to nature not only on terraces, balconies and green roof gardens, but also in apartments - stylistically the design of apartments will reflect five seasons or relatively (seasons) - spring, summer, autumn, winter and the fifth season, being ethereal, alternative, elusive, unknown, different and residing in our inner world.

Management and service

The complex will be managed by a company SIA Labo Namu Aģentūra (LLC)

The purpose of the company is to provide clients with high quality life - work environment by offering operative and high level service management services with an individual approach for each of the clients.

Management fee LVL 1, 12/ m2 (EUR 1, 6/m2)

Management fee (LVL 1,12/m2) includes services of house cleaning, technical maintenance and management, as well as opportunity to receive the latest information regarding the events taking place in the complex and city through info centre of the house (newspaper, coffee machine, free WI-FI, copying, scanning services, computer etc. will be available). It is possible to pay invoices for residential services and management at the administrator.
