Always put on a layer of sunscreen or purchase makeup with sunscreen of at least 15 SPF in it toprotect your face from sun damage. Wear sunscreen to prevent sunburn, peeling skin, and mostimportantly, wrinkles. Wearing sunscreen daily can prevent aging and the development of fine linesand wrinkles, and keep your skin looking young and healthy.

It's easy to forget that your skin is part of your being. Your skin is actually your largest organ. Yourouter skin normally reflects what's going on inside your body. If you take care of yourself physically,it will show not only in the numbers at the doctor's office, but it will also be apparent in your skin.

If you wear sunglasses or regular glasses everyday, you should clean them weekly. The dirt andgrime that's left on your glasses clogs up pores. Clean the bridge of the glasses with a simple soapand water application.
