- 7. In University Advancement, I first learned to use a database Agilon ONE. At HSC, I created spreadsheets in which donor information was recorded and kept track of potential sponsors to contact. - 9. Through volunteer work, I have come into contact with people of different cultures, religions, and backgrounds. At Casa Marianella, I volunteered with refugees from Eritrea and Ethiopia and learned about their stories of arriving to the United States.
