As children start to work through the SSP Purple and Yellow Levels we start to talk about, and use in speech and also on paper (talking in print); *nouns *pronouns *verbs and tenses *adjectives and adverbs *sentences and clauses By the Yellow and Blue Levels the children are moving towards an understanding of grammar and punctuation.
