Analysis of Solutions• The busy sign had a clear impact as the amount of

NOT ISR Related visits decreased dramatically• The email filters were equally effective as they

decreased the amount of Misc. emails.

• The cardstock signs cost approx. $0.05 and would cost around $3 to implement in the Plano office

• The email filters would take approx. 10 minutes for the reps to set up.
