How to use this Site Survey:• Use the description of personnel, equipment and facility areas to guide you to specific areas in

your facility where guarding protection may be needed.• Review each area to determine access points into all open areas. Remember, open areas may

have multiple lanes of access.• Number each area for reference in a specific area. Use sketching area to provide a drawing of

the guarding needed.
