Background

• Email dated Sep 19, 2006 from Hillary states that:

– site description booklet provides general background information

– site description booklet needs updating since it was written and published more or less 7 years ago (in 1999)

• The site description update was due on December 10, 2006 to Hillary for final

editing and layout

• On Nov. 15, 2006, with the help of the CLSU project staff, we started to extend assistance to the PMO to coordinate the editing of the site description booklet for this important undertaking.
