WHY TO CHOOSE SISTEMAS LL LINE
SISTEMAS ARCHITECTURE IS BASED ON A LOAD BEARING STRUCTURE OF RIGID AND COMPACT EXTRUDED ALUMINUM. IT INCORPORATES THE HARDENED CHAIN GUIDES AND THE PALLET CONTAINMENT GUIDES, AND FUNCTIONS AS CONTAINMENT FOR ALL THE ACCESSORY MECHANICAL GROUPS. THE LINE IS SUSTAINED BY ADJUSTABLE SUPPORTS WITH A MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 250 Kg/m.THE MOVEMENT IS STUDIED IN ORDER TO OBTAIN FULL FLEXIBILITY; STRUCTURE FITTING UNITS CAN BE RECONFIGURED USING DIFFERENT CONFIGURATIONS AD IF NECESSARY THE LINE CAN BE CHANGED EASILY AND FAST.PALLET IS THE STEEL BASEPLATE WHERE ELEMENTDS AND FIXTURES ARE CONVEYED.THE PROFILES AND THE ACCESSORIES FITTING IN ALL CONFIGURATIONS ENABLE THE APPLICATION OF A SQUARE OR RECTANGULAR «OVERPALLET», WHOSE DIMENSIONS CAN BE BIGGER THAN THE PALLET TOO.

PALLET PLATES ARE MANUFACTURED WITH A STANDARD MACHINING CALLED “NOTCH”.THESE MACHININGS ARE VERY USEFUL IN CASE OF PALLET ACCUMULATIONS , BECAUSE THE STOP UNIT IS A SINGLE ACT CYLINDER (WITH SPRING RETURN).WHEN THE CYLINDER MOVES DOWN THE ROLLER OF THE HEAD, SLIDES ON THE BOTTOM SURFACE OF THE PLATE. AS SOON AS THE FIRST PALLET OVERTAKES COMPLETELLY THE STOP UNIT, THE HEAD MOVES UP FINDING THE NOTCH AND STOPS THE SECOND PLATE.THIS MEANS WE CAN AVOID USING A STOP FOR EVERY PALLET; A SINGLE STOP UNIT CAN HOLD UP TO A TOTAL WEIGHT OF 400 Kg.
