Sisonke Hydraulics has the complete range of Denison technical data and parts lists, ensuring all units are repaired and tested to OEM specifications.

During inspection of a unit all components are thoroughly inspected and measured to check for any damage or signs of wear that may lead to a future failure of the unit, all parts not meeting the minimum criteria for safe operation are discarded and replaced with new genuine Denison parts.

All parts to be reused in the Denison unit are reworked back to OEM specifications using a lapping machine, ensuring all working surfaces are 100% flat.

Once the parts have been reworked, they are checked to ensure all working surfaces are 100% flat with a monochromatic optical flat light

All parts that are replaced during the repair process are selected form our Denison store and inspected for any flaws before being used as replacement parts, all parts kept in the store are strictly Parker OEM parts.

Once the unit has been assembled, the unit is then tested with the assistance of the Parker Service Master to ensure the unit operates to OEM specifications.
