Sisebenza Kahle Oils |Company Profile 9
One of the Sisebenza Kahle Oils rules in which we pride ourselves is that all full-time Sisebenza
Kahle Oils agents must be present with the offloading of each order. As the agent’s business
expands it may become increasingly difficult to fulfill this role. In this case they are expected to
appoint someone for the job. This arrangement has not only protected us from numerous mishaps,
miscommunications and potential losses but also shows our level of commitment to our customers.
At Sisebenza Kahle Oils we stock the oils and lubricants within our warehouses and our agents, who
are generally already visiting the major farms on an almost daily basis, are able to personally deliver
these products. The service we provide in delivering oils and lubricants also opens the door to
potential diesel business in cases where it would have been difficult under normal circumstances.
The same applies to the supply of diesel.
As our aim is to build a long term business model we do not mind entering into negotiation, so as to
keep our customers happy and prevent them from searching for better prices elsewhere. It is our
belief that once we have secured a client, our personal service, added-value products, innovations
and seamless paperwork, as well as our fully automated fuel supply systems will make it very hard
for that customer to ever want to purchase fuel elsewhere.

Although Sisebenza Kahle Oils is still a relatively new company and industry roll player, the company
has, in a couple of months, accomplished that which no business of a similar nature will achieve in a
lifetime. We are extremely loyal toward our partners that have consistently believed in us and
stuck with through our growing period, and we won’t break such relationships even if better
opportunities came along. We believe in long term relationships and we will stick with our loyal
partners. Our aim is to become the biggest private wholesaler in 2018, but we are not driven by
money or recognition, we enjoy what we do, we want to make a difference to everyone involved
(personnel, customers and suppliers). We want to make a lasting change in SA, and plough back a lot
of our income to those in need, but also establish a sustainable business that can create jobs on a
continuous basis, and also help entrepreneurs to set up their own business.
