requirements for our clients. We create a platform for both hiring companies and job seekers for the fulfillment of their requirements efficiently.

OPERATIONAL FRAMEWORK

SIRA Placement Consultancy’s responsibility is always to find the best qualified candidates.:

Nominate a Client Account Manager as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), who will be responsible to execute all recruitment requirements of the Client.

Search through various sources including the proprietary database, job portals, networking with industry professionals, references and where appropriate headhunting, for suitable

candidates. Evaluate and assess the candidates against the agreed position profile. Sell the job opportunity to them and assess the interest of the candidate in exploring the

available opportunity. Submit the resume of the candidates to the Client along with appropriate comments or notes

pertaining to the candidates’ vis-à-vis the position. Assist in co-coordinating the candidates’ interviews with the Client. Conduct reference checks on the selected candidates if required.

Once a decision to select a candidate is made, assist in negotiation of compensation, acceptance of offer and handholding the candidate till joining.

The response time to search suitable candidates will vary based on the complexity of the position and also the methods used to source the candidate. However, a general response time of 10-15

days or earlier can be assumed for most positions. SIRA Placement Consultancy will periodically inform and review the progress of the search with the

Client through phone, email and in-person meetings. The Client’s responsibility will largely comprise the following:

Provide detailed “Search Brief” – To facilitate SIRA Placement Consultancy to effectively search

candidates. The Client shall provide the following information in the form of a search brief: a. Job description with job responsibilities.

b. Outline key result areas and expected achievements from the candidate c. Designation, level in the organization’s hierarchy and reporting structure.

d. Job location and expected travel in India and Overseas. e. Budgeted Compensation bands, including all components, perquisites, etc. f. Experience background in terms of:

Acknowledge the receipt of the profiles and communicate to SIRA Placement Consultancy the

shortlist, generally within 2-3 days from the date of receipt of resumes.

Include a detailed feedback on why the candidates have been shortlisted or rejected. This will

allow SIRA Placement Consultancy to refine the search more precisely.

Facilitate access to hiring managers to enable better understanding of position requirements.

Once shortlisted, have the time, place and people available for conducting the interviews.

Inform SIRA Placement Consultancy about the final decision with regard to the

selection/rejection of the interviewed candidates within 2-3 days of the final interview.

Consult with SIRA Placement Consultancy about all steps taken with respect to the candidates to

ensure smooth closure of the position.
