Once planning was successfully obtained, the Willcox’s specified a 194mm Sips Eco Panels frame with rainwater harvesting and photovoltaic tiles to maximize the return on their investment.
Mr and Mrs Willcox were looking to build a 4 bedroomed environ-mentally friendly home on their plot in Somer-set. They had planning permission and existing drawings, but wanted their design altered and so employed the services of Sips Eco Panels’ sister company Custom Homes to revise the drawings and apply for Planning Permission and Building Regulation drawings.
The plans were for a 4 bed-roomed bungalow utilitising Sips Eco Panels roof panels with rooms in the roof and a feature staircase.
The down-stairs was to be open-plan with sloping ceilings and roof-lights to the rear.

The Willcox’s were delighted with their fin-ished project, both from a financial stand-point as well as with the service that they received from Custom Homes and Sips Eco Panels. Mr Willcox said he was “over the moon” with his new home and when you look at the figures to the right, you can see why!
