About the Strategic Impact Framework (flexible)

In contrast to SROI and SCBA, the Strategic Impact Framework (SIF) is a more flexible framework, in which the framework “building blocks” are fully configurable and can be tailored to the specific impact goals or outcome domains of the organisation.

For example, building blocks could be structured according to the organisation’s outcome domains:

1. The community has access to all accounts and can view and use aggregated data from all accounts and its projects

2. The account can access all projects under that account

3. The community can only view all data entry within a project through an invitation to access that project

4. Accounts can only get access to other accounts within the community through an invitation from the other account

5. Projects can invite each other in order to gain access to a specific project. Otherwise the projects are only accessible by the account holders and the project holders
