EXPERIENCESThe new innovation process for KP snack
The Collection and Management of Ingredient and Packaging Specifications Using the PDM Module we defined custom built templates to manage the Ingredient and Packaging specifications. For Ingredients we also manage the collection of Supplier Specifications into our system
Product to Market Workflow ManagementUsing the NPD Module in Agile we were able to build a complex workflow and signoff process to meet the requirements from Innovation right through to Product Launch
Recipe FormulationWe had some very specific UK legislation requirements that had to be fulfilled as part of our recipe calculations and
management, for this we used the PDM module together with custom reporting
Supplier Quality Assurance
It is of the utmost importance to KP Snacks to ensure our suppliers also have high standards within their factories. We need to monitor the auditing and certification of their premises and processes. The SCRM module helps us stay on top of this
information for between 200 and 300 suppliers

Vendor Non-ConformanceAnyone in the company that interacts with suppliers may have the need to log a non-conformance. Using the PDM module we are able to record issues and communicate them to our suppliers, following a workflow until resolution isreached. We required a variety of conformance reporting including charts and graphs which were produced to our specifications
Finished Product SpecificationsUsing the PDM Module in Agile we were able to design Finished Product Specifications to meet the requirements
of customers of our branded products and those of our own label customers
Custom ReportingUsing various custom reporting we are able to immediately analyse all PLM perspective, track Project and Activity status, individuate critical point along the Supply Chain, etc...
