Terms and Conditions of membership in EBMAS - Association
Processing of Application:
10 days after filling out the application, the application will be send by the school principals, to themember management of EBMAS by registered mail, for review.If all conditions are met, your school principal will receive your EBMAS Pass, about 30 days after receiving the EBMAS membership application and payment. In the EBMAS Pass is the member fee, for12 months, logged by an annual sticker.Please transfer the outstanding fees annually to the EBMAS account, by bank transfer or PayPal. ThePayPal link, can be found on our website www.ebmas.net beneath Payments.Upon receipt of the annual fee, your teacher will receive as soon as possible, your current EBMAS annualsticker / Pass.
Termination of Membership(s):
A) You only want to unsubscribe from the EBMAS - martial arts school, but remain a member of theEBMAS' - Association?In this case you cancel, within the time limit (according to agreed noticeperiods), with in your EBMAS martial arts school. There you will get, from the EBMAS' schoolprincipal, a written confirmation of resignation, which you immediately send out with an appropriatereference, to the EBMAS - member management. (You are still a member of the EBMAS' and you canvisit EBMAS - courses, without logging at an EBMAS martial arts school.)
B) You want to unsubscribe from the EBMAS - martial arts school and the EBMAS - Association?
In this case you cancel, within the time limit (according to agreed notice periods), with in your EBMASmartial arts school and separate in the EBMAS member management in İSTANBUL / EBMAS. Thenotice of cancellation must be there, no later than three months before the end of each membership -year (always calculated by the completion date signed on the EBMAS application).
Other regulationsLearned techniques may be used only in emergencies and will not be disclosed to unauthorized parties.Unto all EBMAS events, you have to bring your EBMAS Pass.EBMAS - Member Management must be informed of any changes i.e of address, of EBMAS martial artsschool, etc. please as soon as possible, to the EBMAS' member management in İstanbul / EBMAS.
