Terms and ConditionsDELIVERY DATES AND TIMES Monday to Friday delivery dates can be specified at the time of ordering. Deliveries can be made as soon as 48 hours later (weekends excluded). As an example orders placed on Monday can be delivered on Wednesday in most parts of the U.K.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY GUARANTEE We guarantee Christmas Delivery for all orders received up to and including the 18th of December. After that date we will do our utmost to deliver your gift in time but may be unable to do so.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES Orders requested for Christmas Delivery are held until the 2nd week of December when we begin sending out the long-life hampers. Fresh flowers, ham and hampers with perishable goods such as smoked salmon and cheese are sent out closer to Christmas. So please bear in mind that if two or more gifts are ordered they could arrive on different days.

YEAR ROUND SERVICE Most of our items are available throughout the year with the exception of a small number of products which are available only at Christmas.

DELIVERY SPECIFICS (All prices include UK delivery)

Standard deliveries are made by courier (with the exception of flowers) usually during working hours, Monday to Friday. If no one is there to take the delivery it will either be left in a safe place, left with a neighbour, or returned to the warehouse for a subsequent delivery attempt. In each case the intended recipient will be left with notification of the parcel’s whereabouts or a contact phone number for the courier. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional charges may apply.

DELIVERIES TO E.U. COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE U.K. We are able to provide delivery service to the following E.U. countries for an additional charge: Channel Islands; Republic of Ireland (Eire); Andorra; Austria, Belgium; Cypress; Czech Republic; Denmark; Estonia; Finland; Luxembourg; Malta; Monaco; Netherlands; Poland; Portugal; Slovakia; Slovenia; Spain; Sweden.
