As a Class Teacher I want to be able to have easy access to a Student's Assessment Report for previous term, current Assessment Result, Behaviour, Achievement and Attendance information so that this information is visible to me when writing a Student Profile.

Add Link menu (similar to Student) for Linked Documents, Assessment Reports, Assessments, Examination and Behaviour Management, Attendance.List EntryGrid EntryReview Profiles.

Permissions :Profiles Co-ordinator and Profiles Operator will not be able to see all the Links Menu routes.In order for these Permissions to access these links, they will have to have Class Teacher permissions assigned too.List Entry - Class Teacher, Curricular Manager, Profiles Co-ordinator, Profiles Operator, Registrations Tutor, SMT, Head of Year.

4Retain Profile Position on Take Register

Profiles

As a Class teacher I want the number of clicks to be reduced between Take Register and My List Entry when I am creating a Student Profile so that it minimises effort.

Take RegisterIf an extra name is added to the register, it will not appear on My List Entry.The Take Register screen and the 'My List Entry' screens are not linked.

When you move to another tab and return to My List Entry, is the focus on the details of the student previously selected and without their details being displayed? (even if you switch between double periods on the same day)5Save Comments when Changing focus

If you enter data in the 'My List Entry' tab, when I select to move to another tab does the system provide a message 'Do you want to save the changes?', (with Y/N buttons available).

6Option to Find and Replace one word with another in Student Review, List and Grid Entry

Profiles

As a Class Teacher I want an option for Find and Replace so that when I am reviewing a Student Profile I can quickly find a word and replace it with another.Checkboxes - option to match on Match caseMatch whole word onlyDefault for both options to be uncheckedOption to save on whole document - or section.

Notes for Documentation - List entry onlyIf a change is made in one area and the user moves onto another area without saving and then makes changes in another area. When the user selects to save the record the system will only update the last section they were using.

Note:The system should be able to Find and Replace throughout the report for Grid Entry and Review Profiles.It cannot Find and Replace throughout the whole report for List Entry. Here it will Find and Replace on a grid-by-grid basis

7Student Name Appears under the Photograph

Profiles

As a Class teacher I want the Pupil's name to be displayed under the Photograph so that the information is in the same area and I do not have to scan the whole screen.

Profiles

When Reviewing a Student Profile I want to be able to quickly change a comment when reviewing profiles* so that the number of clicks is reduced.Note:Can we change the order of the Area toolbar to Next, Previous, Edit, Approve & Advance?* This will be dependant upon the user's permissions.

1. Can I see a button entitled Edit - located on the Area toolbar (in between the Previous and Approve & Advance buttons)?2. Is there a tooltip to indicate that when I select Edit it will go to the first Unapproved section? e.g. the wording should read, 'Go to first 'Not Approved' or 'Unreviewed' section.3. If I select the Edit button, does it take me to the first 'Unapproved' section of the 'Unapproved' area for which the user has the rights to edit?4. Can I edit and Save?5. If I select Edit again, does it go to the next Unapproved section?

Permissions to check:Curricular Manager, can I only edit my own comments?Pastoral Manager, can I edit comments on ALL records I am permitted to see?Profiles Co-ordinator, can I edit comments on ALL records?Profiles Operator can I NOT edit any comments on any records?Registrations Tutor, can I view ALL records that are relevant to me but can I NOT edit any of those comments?Member of SMT, can I view ALL comments and Edit ALL comments?

As a Profiles Co-ordinator\Profiles Operator\Assessment Co-ordinator\Assessment Operator I want additional data tags to be available on a Profiles template/report.Need the ability to show additional fields on a Profile Report - Legal Surname Parental Addressee, Staff initials, including middle initials (Note: to be defined as 'Initials including Middle Initial'). No of sessions late (over a given time period) (sited below % attendance)Total Session Minutes Late (sited below Year)Student Year Group currently displays as Short Name. Another tag is required to give the option of displaying the Full name (sited at the end of the list under Year Group Description)

This additional template will help to migrate across any existing data held within these older aspects into the new EY TT aspects just by opening, clicking calculate and saving.
