Simply Natural Events

• Meet with five (5) weeks prior to your wedding to discuss your wishes and desires for your wedding day.

• Develop a wedding day itinerary and distribute it to wedding party members and vendors.

• Obtain copies of all vendor contracts from you to ensure all items and services you contracted for are provided the day of.

• Conducting the ceremony rehearsal. • Coordinate all vendor set-ups at the ceremony site to ensure your vision. • Oversee all details before and during the ceremony, including: • Placement of the guest book, programs, and altar items. • Review with the ushers the guests to be seated in reserved rows. • Ensuring all bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and flower girl baskets are

distribute. • Gathering wedding party and family members for pictures as needed. • Supervise all vendor set-ups and act as your spokesperson to ensure all of your

wishes are achieved. • Ensure tables and stage areas are set up according to your floor plan. • Ensure the guest book, gift, place card, and cake tables are placed and

decorated. • Place favors, table runners, etc.. • Coordinate with photographer to ensure any

specific pictures you require are taken. • Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to

musicians, caterer, photographer, etc. • Secure all gifts with caretaker of your choice. • Assist you and your families with any matters that

may arise. • Greet any guests that may arrive late. • Up to 10 hours on site. • Pricing is for up to 150 guest

This package offers the ultimate in personalized service, designed for the couple that wants a fully customized wedding, which reflects their own unique style and taste. Simply Natural creates a design concept that is woven throughout every stage of the wedding, from the announcement of your engagement through the wedding itself, and a day-after-brunch. The Simply Relax includes all of the above services, as well as the following additions:

• Organization and coordination of Wedding Weekend activities. • Schedule a bridesmaid luncheon. • Schedule wedding night accommodations and ensure your room is ready upon arrival. • Accompany you to any vendor appointments you would like us to attend. • Schedule your appointments for hair styling, make-up, manicure, pedicure, massage, etc. • Advise and assist you with the wording and placement of your engagement and/or wedding

announcement in local newspapers. • Advise and assist you with the wording of your invitations. • Schedule a calligrapher to hand address the inner and outer envelopes of your invitations. • Arrange for printing of ceremony programs. • Design and create a reception seating-diagram. • Ensure all vendor selections are within your budget, track deposits and payment, and keep you informed

as to budget status and payment due dates. • Provide you with a list of suggested attendant's gowns that will coordinate with your gown and your

wedding concept. • Provide a list of wedding favor options that are consistent with the design of the wedding. We will make

arrangements for purchase after your selection. • Present a list of options for your attendant's gifts. • Purchase any accessories such as the guest book, ring pillow, toasting glasses, and cake server that are

coordinated with your wedding concept. • Locate and reserve a venue for your rehearsal dinner. • Locate and reserve a venue for brunch the morning after your wedding. • Advise and assist you with menu selections. • Assist in arranging honeymoon. • Arrange for Marriage Certificates.

Al a Carte Hire us for the hour, by the day or by the serv ice! Whether or not you choose one of our wedding planning or coordination services any of our ‘a la carte’ service offering you the option to purchase only services that you really need to help make the planning process enjoyable and stress free!

These services will save you time, avoid costly mistakes and give you peace of mind.

• Bridal Consultat ions - for those brides doing their own planning, but who would like the resources without the research! Consulting on any and every element of the wedding planning process is available on a per hour basis. This service is on a per hour basis plus travel.

• Budget Management - Everyone has a budget! This service is geared for the newly engaged or for those couples that want full involvement in the planning their wedding. We will assist you with creating a realistic budget. This is Finance 101 made easy and effortless. On going budget management is also a great add on.

• Creative/Theme Development - So many ideas, which ones do I want for my day? It can be difficult to choose such things like flower arrangements, the way to decorate your cake or what types of gifts to get your wedding party. This is a brainstorm session to help you narrow down some creative ideas and how to go about executing them. !!If you wish your consultant will take the creative vision one step further and do a full research for certain ideas that are suggested at this consultation.

• Wedding Day Schedule/Timel ine Preparat ion

Create a custom wedding day a timeline of your day as well as the basic wedding details. Schedule for all vendor and or person’s involved in making this special day.

• Monthly/Yearly Calendar Your consultant will provide you with a count down to the date of your event. It will keep you on track, knowing what to do and when, helping you have an enjoyable and stress free planning process. Monthly Reminder With Completed Planning Schedule

• Vendor Contract Negotiat ions and Meetings - Not sure what questions to ask during a meeting with a vendor? We will accompany you to as many vendor meetings to discuss contracts, as you need. Our consultants are well versed in the standard ‘terms and conditions’ and can alert you to potential problems and costly mistakes. This service is on a per hour basis plus travel.

• Vendor Research - A list of appropriate vendors that fit your style, budget and service.

• Guest Accommodations - We will assist you in locating lodging for your out-of-town guest or offer your guest alternatives that fit their budgets. Our guest accommodations service will secure room block proposals close to your ceremony and/or reception location. We will include local attractions, points of interest and annual festivals that spotlight California’s diverse culture and flavor.

• Guest List Maintenance - Who is going to receive all those RSVP cards? ...We Will! Upon receipt of your RSVP cards, we will create a master file and let you know who is or isn’t coming, what entrée they have selected and forward an electronic file back to you. Just pair up who is sitting with whom and at what table and you have a master-seating file at your fingertips.

• Rehearsal You’ve done it Al l . . . . but what about the rehearsal! For those couples that have done all the planning and attended to all the details of their wedding day...but now need to hand off the logistics of the rehearsal. We will provide you with a professional wedding coordinator to supervise and direct your wedding rehearsal and processional during your ceremony, ensuring your first steps down the aisle on time and worry-free

Rehearsal and ceremony direction service includes : Two (2) hours of pre-event planning will include: (1) One meeting before the wedding rehearsal to determine Ceremony logistics. On site review of Ceremony location (1) Hour to direct and supervise wedding party rehearsal.

Three hours on-site day of the wedding includes: (2) Hours ~ Arrival two hours pre-ceremony
