A simpler experienceMy Business Bundles allows you to get the benefits of a business grade unified IP network while eliminating a lot of the complexity often found when dealing with a telecommunications provider.

We will provide a simplified billing experience by delivering a true site based bundle rather than individual services billed separately. This makes it easier for you to understand what you’re paying for.

With our bundles you will get predictability so you will know what each service will cost per site each month#. Simplicity and flexibility is key – we are aiming for our bundles to be easier to understand, simpler to order and simpler for you to understand how they are billed. Our bundles will make it easier for you to make changes or upgrade sites.

IP VPN

Optus IP VPN helps to deliver your business flexibility and scale by providing reliable IP-based virtual private network (VPN) services that allow you to connect all your offices together.

Unlimited Internet

My Business Bundles Unlimited Internet is included as standard in all My Business Bundles packages. This service is ideal for businesses requiring dedicated and reliable Internet access. Unlimited Internet means that there is no additional charge or speed limiting with respect to the quantity of data usage (uploading and downloading). Use is subject to Optus Fair Go policy.

Wi-Fi

Today’s tech savvy users rely on mobile devices (smartphones, tablets and laptops) for their communication. To facilitate this Wi-Fi connectivity is included with selected My Business Bundle services and will be optionally enabled when your service is installed. Available on selected bundles only.

Options

Analogue Lines

The My Business Bundles Analogue Lines service offers a simple and flexible way for branch and small offices to connect to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and manage incoming and outgoing calls. This service provides an analogue telephone service to connect into analogue telephone equipment (handsets, fax machines, modems, EFTPOS, HiCAPS, alarm systems) or through a compatible PBX or key system.

SIP Channels

My Business Bundles provides a flexible, scalable and reliable SIP Trunk telephony service for connecting an IP PBX to the PSTN.

Connecting your IP PBX to the PSTN is simplified with My Business Bundles. A simple Ethernet cable provides the connection from your IP PBX to My Business Bundles (via an Ethernet LAN as required).

As your business grows we will make it easy to add new sites. My Business Bundles are interoperable with Optus Evolve services. This means that you may have My Business Bundles at some sites and Optus Evolve services at other sites and they can be connected together on the same IP VPN

eCare provides on-line reports and regular automated reports for My Business Bundles services to enable you to effectively monitor and understand how your service is performing

Enhanced Service Level Agreement (eSLA)

The Basic service SLA is included as standard with all My Business Bundle services. At additional charge, the Enhanced 12, Enhanced 8 – 24/7, and the Enhanced 4 – Rapid can be ordered. Note that not all Enhanced Service Level offerings are available on all bundles and access methods or in all locations.

Quality of Service (QoS)

My Business Bundles enables your organisation to combine various realtime and lower priority applications over a single IP-based infrastructure. For optimal delivery of time sensitive services, the network needs to be aware of what the application is and its importance across the network. My Business Bundles allows you to segment and prioritise data traffic by utilising end-to-end QoS. Note: QoS is available as an Extra, and at an additional charge, over all access methods except EoEDSL and NBN (TC4).
