Jacquard Woven Towel.

Customised Woven Towels.

Woven towels are ideal for creating a premium branded product that lasts and lasts.

Woven towels are produced by pre dyeing the cotton yarns and then weaving a design or logo into a towel to create a bespoke design.

Note the back of the towel is a mirror image of the front

Jacquard woven towels can be made to order with logos woven into the towel for a soft and highly absorbent surface of finely woven terry loops.

Screen Printed Towels.

What are my screen printed towel options?

Screen printing is widely used on fabrics, with Velour and Terry Towels, Tea Towels and Sports Towels being popular options. Screen printing is ideal for large format prints and features water based pigments being squeezed through a fine mesh (or screen) onto the surface of the towel.

With this method the ink sits on the surface of the towel. The inks are cured in a high temperature oven, ensuring the inks are colourfast. Screen printed towels must be washed prior to use, softening the ink and separating the towel’s fibres.

Only 50 piece minimum for Beach Towels.

Please note fine lines and text smaller than 3cm are not suitable for this print method.

4 Easy Ways to Customise.

Tone on Tone printing produces a subtle print finish that is a few shades lighter than the base towel colour. It can be applied in one tone in any design or a printed logo can be applied onto the product. Our Tone on Tone print technique can be applied to most towels, but is most effective on our veloured products.

Black Print.

Black screen print creates a bold and lasting impression. Our black ink creates a solid single colour print and can be applied to almost any towel colour.

PMS coloured screen printing has the widest range of applications and creates a bold statement. We can print a multiple colour design or logo with several screens, each colour being individually matched to PMS Pantone. We can print onto white base or coloured fabrics.
