We will visit the Walt Disney Museum, where you’ll find animation, innovation, and inspiration as you immerse yourself in the remarkable life story of Walt Disney. The visit is designed for leisurely, self-guided touring. Prior to our visit, we’ll enjoy a hosted luncheon at the Delancey Street Restaurant. Fees: $98(R) $118(N). Activity Level: 2

S.F. Giants AT&T Stadium TourThursday, July 16, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Get the players’ eye view of baseball’s perfect address, 24 Willie Mays Drive, better known as AT&T Park, home of the 2014 World Champion San Francisco Giants. At this spectacular ball field, home runs can be “splash hits” and the breathtaking bay view rivals the action on the field. On your behind-the-scenes ballpark tour you will go to places only the players and staff are allowed, including a dugout, indoor batting cage, Visitor’s Clubhouse, the Press Box, and a luxury suite. Our tour

Come experience Hakone, the oldest Asian and Japanese estate in the Western Hemisphere--18 acres of magnificent beauty nestled in the verdant hills of Saratoga overlooking Silicon Valley. The world-famous Cliff House is part of the Sutro Historic Landscape District located in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Our visit will include time to visit the Cliff House gift shop located in the new Sutro wing which offers historic memorabilia, gifts, and crafts. Following lunch, we’ll enjoy a docent-led tour discovering the history and beauty of the Conservatory of Flowers. You will encounter the oldest remaining municipal wooden conservatory in the U.S., and browse through some of the most exotic-looking blooms. Qigong is a mild exercise system practiced for health maintenance, healing and increasing vitality. Qigong is an integration of physical postures, breathing technique and focused intentions. The gentle movements reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality and enhance the

This class is for those who want to become more fit while seated. Exercises include cardio dance, resistance training and yoga stretches in a chair. We will work every major muscle group. This total body toning and strengthening class uses a variety of resistance options. The certified master instructor uses dynamic resistance training & Zumba moves to increase muscle strength, improve mobility, posture and coordination. Instructor will provide dumbbells. Discover how fun and easy it is to paint in watercolor. Learn how to blend and mix colors, layer washes and paint beautiful still-life pictures. The purpose of this group is to give participants a weekly schedule for writing and provide support by writing in the same room together. Hiking Club The Danville Area Senior Hikes (DASH) is open to

adults ages 55 and up. Most hikes are not strenuous, but gradients are involved due to the local terrain. Distances are usually 4-5 miles, and the pace is moderate.
