There are two routes to obtaining Dominica citizenship.

One is a cash contribution. Unfortunately, with this

option, if citizenship is granted the amount paid

cannot be recovered. A more attractive option

is to invest in real estate. To take advantage of this,

investors must purchase a property - or share of

property - in a Government-approved development.

Silver Beach has been designated by the government

as an approved Citizenship by Investment project.

For a minimum investment of $200,000 investors

can secure citizenship and potentially earn a return

on investment as the property’s value increases,

as well a profit share of the income of the development.

Notably, after three years, investors can sell the property,

recover their investment and still retain citizenship.
