• Activity # 3 ( Managed and Unmanaged Culture )• Mechanics:

– Divide participants into two groups– Instruct the 1st group to make / create a situation in the

workplace demonstrating the behavior which is not helpful in the operation of the organization. The other group will be instructed to demonstrate the opposite of the first group.

– Cross Examination. The 2nd group will be asked what they had observed from the first group and at the same time the 1st group will be also asked what they had observed from the 2nd group.

– Participant’s reflection while demonstrating. ( ask them “ what are their feelings?”)

– Assessment by discussing managed & unmanaged culture
