    Silk Rd menu allergen information pack

    We have provided this pack for our customers to help you all navigate through our menus and to highlight any dishes that have any of the 14 allergens we are

    required to provide information on.

    If you have any other allergens or dietary requirements not listed please let us know, and we will do our best to provide you with the information that we have.

    Our menus show the following abbreviations to indicate some of the dietary requirements you may have, please see below:

    V – Suitable for vegetarians VOA – Vegetarian option can be made available

    VE – Suitable for Vegans VEA – Vegan option can be made available

    GF – Gluten free dish GFA – Gluten free can be made available

    N – contains nuts

    Please note that we do not operate a kitchen where we are 100% allergen free and our kitchens do have gluten and nuts in.

    If you have any allergen requirements please let us know and we would like you to always speak with us directly to support and guide you through your menu

    choices and let us know if you are sharing dishes with others in your party, so you are aware of any allergens for dishes you may be sharing.

    Please note from time to time we may need to alter this information and allergens may change, so always check with the restaurant for the most up to date
