An Introduction to the 25-Word Short Story

A 25-word short story is a very short piece of writing which requires the writer to tell the whole story in as few words as possible.

It originated on Twitter – where you can only type 140 characters, so you must choose the right words

Stories can be funny, sad or dramatic.

They usually make people think.

They cannot be more words than 25, but they can be less words.

Let’s take a look:

A KWL is an investigative technique where you write down what you Know, what you Want to know, and after, what you have Learned.

We will be doing the first two stories together, then the third one will be done in your groups.
