Sika®-1 Waterproofer is an aqueous solution containing complex colloidal silicates. In the presence of water these swell and block the capillaries and pores in the applied concrete renders, screeds and mortar to provide an effective barrier against the transmission of liquid water.

Sika®-3 Rapid Hardener is a ready-to-use, multi-purpose, waterproof mortar/antifreeze liquid which is mixed with water, ordinary portland cement, sands and aggregates to produce a waterproof mortar, screed or render.

Sika® Multiseal-BT

ApplicationSubstrate must be dry, clean smooth and dust free. In case of porous substrates, use of a primer is recommended. The substrate and ambient temperature must be between 0° C and +40° C.

Measure the required length of the area to be sealed.

Cut the tape to the necessary length.

Remove the release film on the reverse of the tape.

Place the tape in the right position.

Press the tape firmly onto the substrate with a suitable pressure roller. All joint connections should overlap by a minimum of 50 mm.
