When a Job is linked to a Contract, if adding a new Job Detail we can select from a list of bookings. Previously this was a dropdown showing all booking (both install and removal). Now it’s a list and we can choose to list Installations or Removals and can select a date range that we are interested in.

When we select a date range a list of bookings will appear and we can select one or more installations (or removals). When we click OK we will be asked to confirm the details of each installation -> 99% of the information will already be filled in - you just need to confirm that all is OK (installer etc).

Contract list in Jobs will now also show contract # as well as name to assist locate the correct contract when you have lots of contracts with the same name.

All information except for the location of the photo file is completed based on Job, Site etc.

Photos can be already stored under the correct location (on web server) or unloaded from floppy, local directory etc.
