    Drive this morning to the largest active volcano in Europe, the imposing Mount Etna, which dominates the landson the northeastern side of the island.

    Take a relaxing walk on the slopes of the volcano, enjoying fantastic views and a taste of the locally-produced

    Continue to a local winery for a tour and a talk on wine production in the rich volcanic soils.

    The tour ends with a wine tasting followed by a delightful lunch.
