It is committed to provide steam and electricity services for Shuangliang Binjiang Indsutrial Park and Jiangyin Economic Development Zone (Western) with annual generating capacity can reach 170 million kwh, and 1.3 million tons of the annual heating capacity.

The company has possessed a 30,000-ton and concurrently 50,000-ton special chemical dock, with the annual throughput capacity up to 920,000-ton chemicals.
