SPEED LIMIT IS 10 mph on campus.

Officer Dunks and Security will be monitoring the parking lot each day.


The north gate and the gate near the guard shack will

close at 9:00 a.m.The gate by the band hall is the only IN and OUT for the

day.


Library will be closed during alllunches today.


The SHS speech and debate team won Sweepstakes at the Wylie HS Speech and Debate Tournament.

Coltin Sherrell - 3rd in LD Debate (he won all 4 of his rounds, so he really tied for first and placed 3rd on speaker points)

It’s that time again for our annual Pennies for Presents fundraiser.

The contest will start this Monday, November 10, 2014 and will run for four weeks.

The collection dates will be every Thursday during 2nd period.The contest will end at 4:45 on December 11th and the

winners will be announced Monday December 15th.

As always the 2nd period class with the most money raised will get a class breakfast on December 18th.

It’s that time to register and pay for AP Exams!!! You can come by the College & Career Center during your lunches to sign up. Find all the needed information

on the Saginaw High School website under the College & Career Center page.

Cloe Simmons and Justin Martin, please come to the College & Career Center to receiving Free Chips &

Queso from Chilli’s! They were the first two students to register this year! Want free chips and queso? Be

one of the first 100 to pay in full for your exam!


UIL Science and Spelling will be meeting on

Wednesdays in A208 @ 4:30 pm.


The Class of 2016 baseball shirts and the red long sleeve shirts are again

for sale. You can purchase one in Mrs. Vega’s

room (A213) The cost is $17. This will be the last bunch ordered so be sure to get yours before they sell

out!


Boys soccer open tryouts are coming up. Anyone interested please go speak to Coach Yocom or Coach

Martinez. Tryouts begin December 1st at 7:00AM Roughrider Stadium. Final rosters will be made December 5th so don't miss a single morning.


French Club meets every Monday after school (4:30-5:00) and Fridays before school ( 8:15-8:45).

We have a lot of activities lined up for this year and, of course,

food and fun are guaranteed. Mmmm! Bon Appetit!!!
