matterofthesuitincludingFamilyFrameworkAgreementandforresolving

mattersconcerningtwopartnershipfirmsandacompany describedinthe

plaintinallrespects.

(b) TheaforesaidpartieshaveagreedthatMr.NimeshKampanishall

beoneofthemediator.PlaintiffhasnominatedShriJusticeB.N.Srikrishna,

formerJudgeoftheSupremeCourtasoneofthemediator.Defendantno.1

has nominated Shri. Harish Salve, Senior Advocate as Mediator. All the

partieshaveagreedthatallthethreemediatorsshallactjointlyandwouldbe

atlibertytotakeassistanceofanyadvisorsorexpertsastheydeemfit.
