OUR SPECIAL PRODUCT—SINGLE DIE MACHINE Availability of sufficient 3 phase power is the most crucial aspect of any ma-chinery/plant operation. Moreover, obtaining power supply is a tedious and ex-pensive process. Our single die machine overcomes all these problems and reduces the cost of the plates to a great extent. Advantages of this machine are; -It requires only domestic power supply (Single Phase). It does not require 3-phase power. This enables the users to operate the machine from home or a small shop. -Reduces operating cost to a great extent. The 0.5HP motor is required to op-erate only for 10 seconds for the initial pressing operation for each plate, after which it will get switched off automatically. Also a single operator can operate 4-5 single die machines. -A set of 4 or 5 single die machines can be used as an alternative to multiple die machine. In case of multiple die machines, when there is a problem in the machine, the entire machine needs to be stopped till the repair is over. How-ever, in case of single die machines only the particular machine needs to be stopped for attending to the problem. -Requires very less space. A single die machine is just about 2ft x 2ft in dimen-sion. Height is 4.50ft.
